SPRING REGISTRATION & UNIFORM STORE OPEN 1/11/23

WHYLL Families,

Registration for the 2023 spring lacrosse season is open. As in past years, we
would hope to have the U12/U14 begin preseason on the turf in March and our
regular season after April break. Cost is the same as last year.

We will again have four divisions:  8U / 10U / 12U / 14U

REGISTER:

http://www.whyll.com/Registration/Default.asp?n=134403&org=WHYLL.com

AGE GROUP WAIVERS: All requests for waivers to play outside of the
appropriate age group will need to be submitted in writing. Requests will be
reviewed by the division coordinators and the WHYLL Board of Directors for
acceptability. Only cases where the size of the player and/or skill level merit the
waiver will it be entertained and potentially granted. The league will not review
waiver requests based on social justifications. If a waiver is granted, the
appropriate division coordinator will notify the parents. Submit requests to:
WHYLL2023@gmail.com

UNIFORMS:  If you did not play last year, need replacement items, or a new
size, place your order here: https://blatantteamstore.com/collections/west-
hartford-lacrosse-team-store
List your 3 top choices for numbers. If there are number conflicts WHYLL will
make the final decision.

UNIFORMS ORDERS WILL NEED TO BE PLACED IMMEDIATELY: The
uniform orders will close at the end of this month. There are other WHYLL items
on the store, in order to purchase those you will need to place a separate order.
You will pay on the site and the uniform/other items will be shipped to the
address of your choice.

CHEST PROTECTORS:  There is a new Chest Protector policy in place in the
league as of last year, all field players will need the new-style pads in order to
play.  Follow this link to learn more, https://www.usalacrosse.com/lacrosse-chest-
protector-faq.

SAFETY EQUIPTMENT:  Proper equipment (helmet, gloves, shoulder pads,
elbow pads, athletic cup, mouthpiece, and stick) are the responsibility of the
player.

Best regards … WHYLL BOD
